We have had several days on the water in May and early June. The halibut fishing has been as good as I can remember in the last few years. New limits have forced us to keep one small fish – 29″ or less but we have been focusing most of our time looking for large fish for the “any size” fish each fisherman is allowed. We have had good luck targeting these bigger fish finding quite a few fish in the 40 – 100 pound range.
